Community Info
Everywhere you look, you’re surrounded by nature. What you can’t see is what’s just around the bend – all kinds of restaurants, shopping, recreation and entertainment. And two great school districts for your children. You’ve got quiet luxury at home, and everything else nearby. That’s a good place to be.
Schools
Your kids get to attend one of two school districts, depending on where you live. If you’re on the west side, they go to North East ISD. On the east, Judson ISD. Either way, they’ve got access to some of San Antonio’s top education and extracurriculars.
North East ISD
(For communities 1-7)
The second largest school district in the San Antonio area. NEISD has nine Exemplary Schools – the most in Bexar County for the third year in a row. In fact, it has more Exemplary Schools than all county schools combined and the only Exemplary Middle School. NEISD also boasts a National Exemplary After-School Program at every elementary school and most middle schools. Pretty exemplary. And, of course, all campuses are fully accredited by the Texas Education Agency.
Judson ISD
(For communities 11-20)
Academically, JISD is home to six Recognized Schools. It encompasses over 55 square miles to teach 20,000 students in Converse, Kirby and Selma as well as parts of Live Oak, Universal City, San Antonio and Schertz. That makes JISD the fourth largest school district in Bexar County. It’s also fully accredited by the Texas Education Agency.
Shops
You’re living in the fastest growing residential area of San Antonio. So you’ve got a plethora of new shopping areas, fine dining and entertainment at your disposal. Rolling Oaks Mall. The Rim. Northwoods. The Shops at La Canterra. And they’re all right off of Highway 1604. With all the money you save on gas, you’ll have that much more to spend.
Even closer is Village at Stone Oak, located at the intersection of Stone Oak Parkway and Highway 281. Convenient, front door parking allows easy access to your favorite stores. Their unique, open-air shopping village environment provides an upscale shopping experience like no other.
